【How to make】
1. Make the marinade, add the chicken wings, rub together and marinate for about 10 minutes.
②After removing the sand from the clams, rub the shells together and wash them thoroughly.
③-1 (For frying pan)
1. Add garlic (1/2 a piece) and olive oil to a frying pan and fry until fragrant.
2. When the garlic starts to smell, add the chicken wings and brown them.
3. Add the clams, cherry tomatoes and white wine, cover and steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.
③-2 (BBQ)
Uses two disposable aluminum plates from a 100 yen shop (size: 18cm x 23cm x 5cm)
1. Place ①, ② and cherry tomatoes on an aluminum plate, pour olive oil and white wine on top, cover and heat for about 40 minutes.
*The heating time is approximate as the heat output will vary depending on the amount of charcoal used.
*Poke the chicken wings with a bamboo skewer and cook until no more blood comes out.
4. Garnish with herbs and chili pepper to taste and it's done!
[Ingredients for 2-3 servings]
・8 chicken wings ・10 cherry tomatoes ・10 clams (with shells) (250g)
・1 teaspoon olive oil
・3 tablespoons of white wine (substitute: sake)
・Herbs and chili peppers (optional) ・Water (for removing sand) 500ml
・1 tablespoon salt (for removing sand)
Marinade : 1 teaspoon salt
◎1 tablespoon olive oil
◎1/2 small grated garlic ◎2-3 bay leaves ◎Rosemary (optional)
